U.S. Chamber Requests EPA to Extend Comment Period on Recent Proposed Rule Addressing Power Plant Emissions

The U.S. Chamber filed the below request to the EPA asking that additional time be added to the comment period for EPA’s recently issued rule addressing greenhouse gas emissions from electric generating units.
