Washington, D.C. – Today the U.S. Chamber of Commerce announced that communications veteran and former White House TV correspondent Sabrina Fang has joined the nation’s largest advocacy organization as the new Senior Director of Media Relations. “Sabrina brings a wealth of communications experience from a wide array of perspectives, and we are excited to have her on our team,” said U.S. Chamber of Commerce Chief Communications Officer Michelle Russo. “She has the background and expertise to help expand the voice of the business community as it looks to strengthen the future economy and workforce.” Fang joins the Chamber following eight years at the American Petroleum Institute where she helped lead communications strategies and campaigns. She also brings with her nearly 15 years of broadcast journalism experience where she covered the Bush White House for seven years for Tribune Broadcasting and reported on major national and political events, including the 2009 Inauguration of President Barack Obama, Hurricane Katrina, and the space shuttle Columbia explosion.
