U.S. Chamber HSR/Merger Guidelines Practitioner Survey

The U.S. Chamber conducted a national survey of U.S. antitrust practitioners evaluating their view of changes made to HSR forms and merger guidelines by the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission.
