U.S. Chamber Comments to EPA on California’s Advanced Clean Fleets Waiver Request

The U.S. Chamber submitted the following comments to the EPA on the California Air Resource Board's (CARB'S) request to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's for a special waiver of preemption under the Clean Air Act for the state's recently finalized Advanced Clean Fleets (ACF) regulations.
