The U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Center for Capital Markets Competitiveness submitted comments on the Securities and Exchange Commission's proposal to amend private fund reporting rules. The purpose of the proposed amendments is to "enhance the Financial Stability Oversight Council's ability to monitor systemic risk and bolster the SEC's regulatory oversight of private fund advisers and investor protection efforts."
