Washington, D.C. – The U.S. Chamber of Commerce announced its endorsement of Julie Johnson to represent Texas’ Thirty-Second Congressional District. The U.S. Chamber endorses candidates for federal office who will stand up for free enterprise, including by vigorously advocating for public policy solutions that will spur economic growth, support jobs, and promote businesses of all sizes’ ability to continue to innovate and invest in America.

"Julie Johnson has a well-earned reputation as a leader in the Texas state legislature who fights for her constituents and is committed to protecting the American Dream," said John Gonzales of the U.S. Chamber's Southwest and South Central Regional Team. "Her fellow constituents residing in North Texas would benefit greatly from having a proven, pro-growth, solutions-oriented leader in the U.S. House of Representatives. We are proud to support her candidacy and look forward to working with Julie Johnson in Washington."

“District 32 is home to amazing entrepreneurs and some of the hardest-working Texans in the state,” said Johnson. “As the front-runner in this race, I’m proud of a record that includes securing workforce development funds, creating good-paying jobs, and investing in critical Texas infrastructure so we attract the very best for years to come. I am honored to have earned the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s endorsement for my election to Congress. I look forward to continuing our shared commitment to fostering economic growth, innovation, and opportunity for all.”
