Registration

All discount codes*, including scholarships, must be applied at the time of registration. If you are applying for a scholarship, please do NOT register until after you’ve received your application results. 

Cancellations can be made by logging into the registration with the password you created during registration. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining funds will be issued upon cancellation. If an attendee’s cancellation occurs within the 14 day window prior to site, a $250 late cancellation fee will be imposed. No-show attendees who fail to cancel within or before the 14 day deadline will forfeit all paid tuition.

*The use of discount codes is only valid at the time of initial purchase/registration, and codes will not be accepted after registration has been submitted.  Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations under any circumstances.

Enrollment Deadlines

Early Enrollment Deadline
Tuition will increase by $200 after the early enrollment deadline has passed.

Enrollment & Payment Deadlines
Registration will close at 11:45 P.M. ET on the day of the deadline.  Please note that all payments are due in full at this time.

Enrollment Fees

Your enrollment fee includes tuition, materials, scheduled meals, breaks, and receptions. You are responsible for transportation to and from site, housing, non program meals, and incidental expenses.

Effective for 2026 Winter Institute, the registration process is changing. In an effort to create a smoother registration process for all, attendees will now select their registration track based on their organization’s U.S. Chamber membership level.

The Premier Investor Discount (PID) enrollment incentive has been factored into the tuition fee for each applicable registration track. Additionally, the Group Pricing and Fast-Tracking enrollment incentives have been combined into one Multi-Site Discount, where the $300 discount applies after the organization enrolls their first attendee at the base price in the same calendar year. Scholarships will continue to be stacked with the Multi-Site Discount. Contact the Institute Office at iom@uschamber.com to request a discount code, which is required during the registration process in order to receive the Multi-Site Discount.  

Attendees will need to have their U.S. Chamber membership information – both level and membership number – in order to complete their registration and can email iom@uschamber.com if they do not know this information. Non-Member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce attendees will select the track for Non-Member.
