Class Advisor Action Items

  1. Welcome Video (May 2): Coordinate with regent Jim Johnson to share your tip for Institute attendees to be played at Kickoff. You do not need to introduce yourself, as this will be shared on screen while you are speaking. The video should be approximately 15 seconds and recorded in landscape, if possible.
  2. Site Registration (May 20): Register by clicking here.  Select the option for 'volunteers and faculty' and then follow the appropriate prompts.  All volunteer sign-ups, including course audits and elective attendance, will be completed during the registration process.
  3. Industry Consultations (May 23): If interested in facilitating industry consultations on-site, please complete the sign-up form here.
  4. Social Media (Pre-Site): Remember to like us on Facebook, follow us on Instagram and LinkedIn, and use the hashtags #iomeducates and #MidwestInstitute.

POLICY REGARDING THE USE OF AI IN INSTITUTE MEETINGS

AI enabled assistants will not be allowed to join Institute board/volunteer meetings and other calls that are a safe space which requires presence and participation.  AI enabled assistants are, however, allowed in information sessions, orientations, webinars, and other such calls, which are also recorded.  Institute Staff has authority to remove AI enabled assistants when deemed appropriate.  Please contact iom@uschamber.com with any questions or concerns.
