This exclusive list of the 100 best and brightest small and mid-sized businesses in America are chosen by the world’s largest business organization and network.
Dynamic Automotive, an auto repair company in Frederick County, Maryland, was named on October 7 as the CO—100 Top Small Business 2025. Dynamic Automotive was chosen as Top Small Business after earning a spot in September on the U.S. Chamber CO—100, a list celebrating the top 100 small businesses in America.

We are celebrating America's small businesses for their remarkable contributions to innovation, growth, and ingenuity locally and globally. These businesses shine through their inspiring ideas and ability to overcome challenges.
The 2025 CO—100 honorees were chosen out of more than 12,500 applicants by an esteemed panel of judges for their overall growth driven by impressive growth, innovative strategies, and strong workplace cultures. Over a quarter (26%) generated $2.5 million or more in revenue last year, while 73% of honorees generated over $250k. The list includes tech innovators, customer champions, growth accelerators, disruptors, and global stars located in 35 states and Washington, D.C.
Dynamic Automotive attributes its sustained growth and success to its experienced team, community relationships, responsible financial planning, and a willingness to evolve. Dynamic Automotive, was announced as the CO—100 Top Business at an awards dinner and gala at the U.S. Chamber’s historic headquarters building in Washington, D.C., where CEO Dwayne Myers was presented with a check for $25,000.

The CO—100 honorees were celebrated from October 6-8 at premier events at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C., where they participated in one-of-a-kind VIP experiences, had exclusive access to some of the most influential names in business, and engaged with top decision-makers at the CO-100 Small Business Forum including ABC "Shark Tank" star and keynote speaker Daymond John.
During the events, 10 of the CO—100 businesses were recognized as best in class across 10 categories and received $2,000. One overall CO—100 Top Business received $25,000.
