Dynamic Automotive was chosen as Top Small Business after earning a spot last month on the U.S. Chamber CO—100, a list celebrating the top 100 small businesses in America.
Dynamic Automotive has grown from a single-location repair shop into one of Maryland’s most trusted automotive service providers operating seven full-service locations across Frederick County with nearly 60 employees and more than 1,300 five-star reviews. Founded in 1995 by three mechanics with a vision to treat customers like family and invest in employees like owners, the company has stayed true to those values while steadily expanding its reach. Its consistent growth, loyal customer base, and strong community ties have earned it recognition as the 2025 CO—100 Top Honoree in the Enduring Businesses category and the overall CO—100 Top Business of 2025.
