Today, the Chamber submitted comments to the NLRB calling on the Board to begin a rulemaking that would undo the disastrous “ambush” election rule issued in 2014. The ambush regulation greatly compresses the window for employers to communicate to their employees during the campaign before an election to decide whether the employees will be represented by a union. The regulation changes the election process to significantly favor unions and disadvantage employers.
