2026 Winter Institute runs Sunday, January 4 - Thursday, January 8 at the Student Union Memorial Center.

On-Site Class Advisor Meeting #1: Sunday, January 4 at 11:30 a.m. (Marriott Hotel) --Group photos will be taken.
On-Site Class Advisor Meeting #2: Monday, January 5 at 1:30 p.m.
On-Site Class Advisor Meeting #3: Tuesday, January 6 at 2:00 p.m.
On-Site Class Advisor Meeting #4: Wednesday, January 7 at 9:00 a.m.
On-Site Class Advisor Meeting #5: Thursday, January 8 at 9:00 a.m.
Attire for the week is casual to business casual (always professional), however volunteers typically dress in business casual or business attire (for those in a leadership position) for graduation.
Presentations and additional resources can be accessed through the EventHUB. --Available after registration closes on December 10.
Graduation will be held Wednesday, January 7 at 6:30 p.m. Graduates should arrive by 5:30 p.m. to take pictures. Other class photos will be held after the ceremony in the following order: Scholarship recipients, Class 3-2, Class 3-1, Class 2-2, Class 2-1, Class 1-2, Class 1-1. You are expected to organize your class to take photos. Classes will be asked to remain in their seats until they are called to take their photos. Please remind them of this and help to organize them when the class is called.
Note that power strips will NOT be provided in the classrooms, and outlets are limited. Attendees should come to class with charged devices and bring portable chargers, if desired.

Site Registration (December 9): Register by clicking here. Select the option for 'volunteers and faculty' and then follow the appropriate prompts. All volunteer sign-ups, including course audits and elective attendance, will be completed during the registration process.
Industry Consultations (December 12): If interested in facilitating industry consultations on-site, please complete the sign-up form here.

POLICY REGARDING THE USE OF AI IN INSTITUTE MEETINGS
AI enabled assistants will not be allowed to join Institute board/volunteer meetings and other calls that are a safe space which requires presence and participation. AI enabled assistants are, however, allowed in information sessions, orientations, webinars, and other such calls, which are also recorded. Institute Staff has authority to remove AI enabled assistants when deemed appropriate. Please contact iom@uschamber.com with any questions or concerns.
