By purchasing a subscription to CO— Premium, you agree to these CO—Premium Terms and Conditions and the CO— Terms and Conditions available at https://www.uschamber.com/co/terms, which are made a part of these CO—Premium Terms and Conditions by reference. 

CO— may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time and without notice to CO—Premium subscribers. By continuing your subscription to CO— Premium, you agree to the Terms and Conditions in effect and posted on CO—’s website. Any prior versions of these Terms and Conditions are superseded and no longer in effect as of the posting of new and revised Terms and Conditions. 

[1] CO—PREMIUM BENEFITS 

CO—Premium is available to privately-owned small businesses based in the United States. Federal, state and local governments and their agencies or affiliates are not eligible for CO—Premium. Foreign-owned companies also are not eligible for CO—Premium. 

CO—Premium requires payment of the CO—Premium fee in effect when you enroll in CO—Premium. CO— reserves the right to change the CO—Premium fee at any time without prior notice. In addition, CO—Premium requires successful completion and acceptance of a verification application (see below for requirements). 

Enrollment in CO—Premium is effective upon payment of the CO—Premium fee and is effective for 12 months from the date payment is made (“Enrollment Period”). At the expiration of the Enrollment Period, access to CO—Premium and its benefits will terminate unless extended by payment of a new CO—Premium fee. 

The benefits of being a CO—Premium business are: 

  • A CO—Verified Business Profile Page
  • Access to Exclusive CO—Verified Discounts and Rewards, as these offers become available
  • Access to a Community of CO—Verified Business Owners, as this opportunity becomes available
  • Early Bird and Exclusive Application Access to the CO—100 Awards
  • Premier Access and Special Q&A Sessions for Exclusive, In-Person, and Online Events Hosted by CO—, as such opportunities become available
  • Exclusive CO— Newsletters, as they become available
  • Access to a Premier Online Courses, as they become available
  • Eligibility to be Featured as an Expert in CO— Online Content
  • Member-Only Events and Explainers on Policy, as they become available 

[2] VERIFICATION CONSENT 

As a condition to becoming a CO—Premium subscriber, you agree to submit the information required by the verification application, which can be accessed at: https://www.uschamber.com/co/co-premium-subscription 

Your company must be verified to be eligible for a CO—Premium subscription. If you do not complete the verification process or your company cannot be verified, your subscription will be cancelled and your subscription will be refunded to you. 

By clicking "I Agree," you acknowledge and consent to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s use of a third-party vendor(s) to confirm the legitimacy and eligibility of your business for listing in a Verified Business Profile on CO—. In order to facilitate verification, information you provide to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce about your business will be shared directly with our vendor(s). The vendor(s) will use this information, together with data from public records, government filings, commercial data sources, and other third-party providers, to generate a verification report.  

The verification report may include additional information about your business, such as its Tax ID, controlling parties, annual revenue, and legal structure. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce uses this report for registry verification/publication purposes, as well as for other administrative and business purposes. Please reference our Privacy Policy for more information about the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's privacy practices.  

[3] CO— VERIFIED BADGE [COMING SOON] 

Feature is based on availability. 

As a CO—Verified business, CO— and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce grant you a royalty-free, non-exclusive, revocable license to display the CO—Verified Badge on your website and other marketing materials and communications, which will be made available to you upon acceptance of your application.  

By using and displaying the CO—Verified Badge, you agree to the following: 

  • The CO—Verified Badge is the property of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. By using the CO—Verified Badge, you disclaim any interests in the CO—Verified Badge.
  • Your license to use the CO—Verified Badge is effective upon becoming accepted as a CO—Premium business and terminates when your membership ends.
  • Once you are no longer a CO—Premium business, you must immediately stop using the CO—Verified Badge and remove it from your website, marketing materials and communications. In addition, you must stop using any printed or other materials on which the CO—Verified Badge appears.
  • You will display the CO—Verified Badge only on your company’s website, marketing materials and communications. You agree to use the CO—Verified Badge according to the guidelines available.
  • You may not sublicense or otherwise permit any other company or person to use the CO—Verified Badge.
  • You may not use the CO—Verified Badge in connection with material that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive or otherwise violates any law.
  • You may not use the CO—Verified Badge in a way that may violate any person’s intellectual property rights or otherwise dilute or tarnish the CO—Verified Badge or any other intellectual property of CO— or the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
  • CO— and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce reserve the right to terminate your license to use the CO—Verified Badge for any reasons. 

[4] MISCELLANEOUS 

By becoming a CO—Premium business, you acknowledge that you are not becoming a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce or otherwise entitled to benefits of membership in the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. In addition, you acknowledge that becoming a CO—Premium business is not an endorsement by CO— or the U.S. Chamber of Commerce of your or your business. 

You also agree that the businesses featured on CO—, including your own, are independent entities that provide information through self-created profiles. Inclusion does not constitute endorsement, approval or certification by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and you may not represent endorsement, approval or certification by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce by virtue of being a CO—Premium business. The views, statements, and business practices of individual companies are solely those of the respective businesses and do not necessarily reflect the views or positions of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. You may not represent that you or your business represent the U.S. Chamber of Commerce or its views or statements on any matter. 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CO— and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce (and its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, control persons, suppliers, licensors and agents) from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and costs) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of your agreements, representations and warranties contained in these Terms and Conditions; and (b) your use of the CO—Verified Badge. 

You agree that being a CO—Premium business, and payment of the CO—Premium fee, is limited to one company and may not be transferred to any other person, company or entity, even if affiliated or under common control. Any attempt to do so will immediately forfeit any benefits as a CO—Premium business, your license to use the CO—Verified Badge, and your access to any other benefits of the CO—Premium program.
