Regent Action Items

  1. ABNYR Outreach (November 14):​ Reference Sam's email sent on 10/21 for more information. Be sure to not only reach out to your assigned contacts, but also update the spreadsheet!
  2. Site Registration (December 9): Register by clicking here.  Select the option for 'volunteers and faculty' and then follow the appropriate prompts.  All volunteer sign-ups, including course audits and elective attendance, will be completed during the registration process.
  3. Industry Consultations (December 12): If interested in facilitating industry consultations on-site, please complete the sign-up form here.
  4. Social Media (Pre-Site): Remember to like us on Facebook, follow us on Instagram and LinkedIn, and use the hashtags #iomeducates and #WinterInstitute.

Year-at-a-Glance Responsibilities

This resource provides an overview of the 2025-2026 Institute season, along with recommended action items for members of the Winter Board of Regents.  It is not a comprehensive list, and regents are encouraged to participate and engage to the best of their ability.

  • All volunteers are expected to promote enrollment in Institute to association, chamber, and nonprofit professionals however they are comfortable doing so.
  • Webinars, podcasts, and blogs are not specifically listed, but should be included in program promotion.
  • Note - all calls are listed in the Eastern Time Zone.

POLICY REGARDING THE USE OF AI IN INSTITUTE MEETINGS

AI enabled assistants will not be allowed to join Institute board/volunteer meetings and other calls that are a safe space which requires presence and participation.  AI enabled assistants are, however, allowed in information sessions, orientations, webinars, and other such calls, which are also recorded.  Institute Staff has authority to remove AI enabled assistants when deemed appropriate.  Please contact iom@uschamber.com with any questions or concerns.
