GREEN VALLEY, AZ – The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Green Valley Sahuarita Chamber of Commerce recently hosted U.S. Representative Juan Ciscomani (R-AZ-06) for a roundtable discussion in Green Valley, Arizona with local business leaders on the pro-growth business tax provisions in President Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which was signed into law on July 4th. This forward-looking, pro-growth policy is vital to maintaining America's prosperity and competitive edge and will create new opportunities for American workers and businesses to thrive.
We applaud Congressman Ciscomani for working to ensure that the constituents of the 6th District of Arizona continue to benefit from long-term tax relief, fostering growth for workers and businesses across his district and beyond.
“The Working Families Tax Cut Act is a big win for small businesses and working families in Southern Arizona,” said Jennings Imel, Vice President at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. “Small business owners in Green Valley and Sahuarita shared how the bill’s permanent extension of tax cuts will help them invest, create jobs, and provide enhanced benefits to their employees. We deeply appreciate Congressman Ciscomani’s support and leadership in delivering much-needed tax relief to Arizonans.”
“I was honored to join the Green Valley Sahuarita Chamber of Commerce and the U.S. Chamber to discuss the Working Families Tax Cut Act and how making the 2017 tax cuts permanent supports small businesses, families, and workers in Southern AZ,” said Congressman Ciscomani. “These robust conversations allow me to better fight for you in Washington, and I appreciate everyone who shared their insights with me.”
“Good tax and regulatory policy are critical to a healthy business climate,” said Randy Graf, President and CEO of the Green Valley Sahuarita Chamber of Commerce. “The OBBB allows business owners to plan for growth creating a strong economy here in Green Valley and Sahuarita.”
The U.S. Chamber’s tax roundtables are a part of its Growing America’s Future campaign, an education and advocacy blitz in support of maintaining a pro-growth tax code to foster a robust U.S. economy that benefits all Americans. To date, the Chamber has hosted over 60 tax roundtables, and these events will continue over the coming months in communities across the country.
