Christine Scullion

Christine Scullion is executive director of Government Affairs at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. She is responsible for congressional outreach and education relating to immigration and healthcare. Scullion has more than 15 years of experience in immigration policy and advocacy and more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

Before joining the Chamber in 2020, Scullion managed the immigration and workforce government affairs portfolio—including healthcare, labor and education policy— at Accenture Corporation. Prior to Accenture, she worked for the National Association of Manufacturers as their primary advocate for Human Resources Policy Government Affairs. Scullion has also worked for BD, Entergy, the New Jersey State Legislature and multiple members of Congress since 1992.

Originally from New Jersey, Scullion graduated from Pennsylvania State University with an undergraduate degree in international relations and then earned an MBA from Rutgers University. She resides in Arlington, Virginia with her husband and two children.
