Ellasandra Walsh

Ellasandra Walsh is associate manager of the U.S.-Africa Business Center at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. She leads the Chamber’s Sustainability policy portfolio for Africa, including work around climate finance, green energy, food security, and agriculture for the African continent.

Before joining the Chamber, Walsh served in the U.S. Senate in the Office of the Secretary of the Senate, where she worked on nonpartisan legislative procedures for key events throughout the 116th and 117th Congresses.

Earlier in her career, Walsh was an associate on the International Business Council at the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, a fundraising and campaign intern at the University of St Andrews Development Office, a refugee field aid in Turkey, and a business skills instructor in the West Bank.

Walsh graduated from the University of St Andrews with a Triple Honors degree (B.A.) in international relations, Arabic, and French and is fluent in French, with intermediate fluency in Arabic. She studied in the U.K., France, Morocco, and Egypt.
