Grant Baker is the Associate Manager for Strategic Advocacy and State and Local Policy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Grant helps lead the U.S. Chamber’s State and Local Initiative, expanding the Chamber’s newest division since its launch in Spring 2021. In this role, he handles policy research and analysis across a broad policy portfolio touching all 50 states, and leads the initiative’s outreach and engagement efforts.

Before joining the U.S. Chamber, Grant served as an aide to Congressman Mike Coffman (CO-06), where he conducted key legislative and policy research, district outreach and engagement, and bilingual communications and press in both English and Spanish.

Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Marquette University. A native of Denver, Colorado, he currently resides in Washington, D.C. with his fiancée, Kate.
