Timothy (Tim) serves as Vice President, Government Affairs at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He is active in Republican politics and has been working on behalf of GOP candidates at the federal and state levels for the past 29 years.

Maney joined the Chamber in 2000 as a lead lobbyist focusing on appropriations, budget, and federal contracting issues. He also supports the Chamber’s Political Advocacy Programs, which direct political resources to Chamber-backed pro-business federal candidates.

Maney served as chief investigator for the House Committee on Government Reform’s Subcommittee on the Census, chaired by former Rep. Dan Miller (R-FL-13). He also served as director of research for Ogilvy Public Relations.
