Click here to view the amicus brief filed jointly by the U.S. Chamber, Portland Pilots, Inc., Maine Enery Marketers Association, Assoicated General Contractors of Maine, and Association of Oil Pipe Lines. Patrick Strawbridge of Consovoy McCarthy PLLC served as co-counsel for the coalition.

Previously, the Chamber filed amicus briefs when this case was before the First Circuit and the District Court.
