October 10, 2022
The Chamber’s amicus brief urged the New Mexico Supreme Court to hold that the separate election of a state attorney general does not immunize the rest of the state government from ordinary reciprocal discovery obligations when the attorney general represents the State as a plaintiff.
William R. Levi and Aaron P. Haviland of Sidley Austin LLP and the U.S. Chamber’s Litigation Center served as co-counsel for the U.S. Chamber.
