WASHINGTON, D.C. – In response to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee passage of the Kigali Amendment, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Air-Conditioning Heating and Refrigeration Institute, American Chemistry Council, The Alliance for Responsible Atmospheric Policy, and National Association of Manufacturers issued the following statement:
