The Chamber wrote a letter to the EU-U.S. Trade & Technology Council Co-Chairs expressing concern about the EU approach in designing a regulatory framework for the use of artificial intelligence. The letter outlines specific areas of concern that could threaten the future competitiveness of the EU digital single market and undermine the prospects of enhanced regulatory collaboration between the EU and its trading partners.
