Colleagues:

Provided below is a link for input that is needed- TODAY 2 APRIL- from industry regarding the CARES Act.

DPC website where industry can make comments relative to the CARES Act: https://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/early_engagement.html

Executive Order 13911 entitled “Delegating Additional Authority Under the Defense Production Act With Respect to Health and Medical Resources to Respond to the Spread of COVID-19”, in conjunction with EOs 13909 and 13910, give HHS and FEMA/DHS lead on all PPE and Medical equipment DPA priorities and rating authorities related to COVID-19.

We need your help on 3 things rather quickly (need these by COB tomorrow)

a. Provide examples and strategic perspectives on COVID impacts to small business/suppliers

b. Provide examples of mid to larger DIB companies that are directly impacted by the of effects of COVID-10, i.e. companies that have direct financial distress in the DIB caused by COVID-19

c. Provide examples of companies and reasons for potentially requesting equitable adjustments
