This letter in regard to the nominations of Patrick Pizzella for Deputy Secretary of Labor, and Marvin Kaplan and William Emanuel to be members of the National Labor Relations Board was sent to members of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions.
On Wednesday, July 12th, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce submitted comments in response to the Department of Health and Human Services request for information on Reducing Regulatory Burdens Imposed by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act & Improving Healthcare choices to Empower Patients.
