There is more to "privacy by design" than process and policy. There's also, well, design. How do organizations develop user experiences and interfaces that communicate privacy and data protection choices and allow for consent management? Further, are there standard ways of communication that could be adopted and increase user understanding? To answer some of these questions, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and partners will bring together technologists, designers, policy experts, even regulators, to group-think around some of data protection's stickiest design issues. Participants will create new solutions that address the technological, policy, and legal questions arising around privacy.
